The following terminology applies to this Fulfillment Policy: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Delivery Policy

Email Engineers prides itself on efficient service delivery and the provision of high-quality digital products. Services commence with a strategic kickoff meeting, leading to initial deliverables within 7 days, facilitated through ongoing communication via Slack. Digital products are delivered directly to your email or made available for download, ensuring immediate access and utility.

Portfolio Usage Rights

By engaging our services, clients grant us the permission, obtained during the onboarding process, to showcase completed projects on our website and other platforms as part of our portfolio. This serves as a testament to our capabilities and achievements in email marketing excellence.

Unlimited Revisions

We offer unlimited revisions within fair use for specific services, ensuring your utmost satisfaction with our work. This policy is valid for 14 days post-delivery, allowing for ample adjustments to align with your vision while respecting the original scope of work.

Refunds and Returns

Satisfaction is at the core of our operations. Thus, we offer:

• A 30-day money-back guarantee for digital products, should they not meet your expectations.
• Consideration for refunds on agency services under specific conditions, such as service non-performance or discrepancies from the agreed-upon deliverables.

Cancellation and Project Abandonment

Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis, with full refunds provided if work has not commenced. For projects already underway, an appropriate portion of the paid amount may be retained. Projects deemed abandoned due to extended client unresponsiveness (30 days) may result in forfeiture of refunds, aligning with our commitment to active engagement and progress.
